DELIVERY AND FULFILLMENT:
We understand you are excited to receive your order, and so are we! However, we do ask that you allow up to 1-2 business days for our team to process your order upon confirmation of payment for quality assurance.
All deliveries within Malaysia will take between 1- 4 working days. Please do note that all deliveries are affected by public holidays.
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped. All deliveries are insured and require a signature upon delivery.
All international deliveries will take between 4-8 working days. All international deliveries will be handled by FedEx and it will be insured.
Import tax and duties are borne by the receiver. Tracking number will be provided along with shipping information via email.
It is important to note some orders may require additional information from our shipping team in regards to address and/or payment confirmation. Please check your inbox for any follow up emails after your order is placed, to ensure your request is processed.
